Why we made this promise
Most AI consulting promises are vague — "transform your business", "unlock your potential". We'd rather commit to something you can actually verify. If we can't show you a concrete improvement within a month, the problem is on us — not on AI, not on your team, not on "change management". So we keep working until it's there.
How it works, step by step
1. We define "results" together — in writing
During your free diagnostic, we agree on 1 to 3 measurable objectives specific to your situation (e.g. "save 5h/week on reporting", "respond to leads in under 2h instead of 24h", "produce twice the content with the same team"). These go into your proposal — in writing, before any commitment.
2. The 30-day clock starts at kickoff — not at signature
The countdown begins on the day the solution or training is actually delivered and usable — not the day you sign. No starting the clock early to make the deadline easier to hit.
3. We check in at day 15 and day 30
A short progress review at the midpoint lets us adjust course if something isn't landing — most issues get caught and fixed before day 30, not after.
4. If the agreed objective isn't met by day 30: we keep working, free
No new invoice, no "extended support package" upsell. We continue adjusting, retraining, or reconfiguring — at our cost — until the objective defined on day one is reached.

- Our time, adjustments, retraining and reconfiguration needed to reach it
- Both training engagements and automation/custom development projects
Not covered
- Objectives added or changed after kickoff without a written update
- Delays caused by access, content or decisions not provided on your side
- External factors outside the agreed scope (e.g. a tool you use shutting down)
